Shipping
U.S. shipping is free and included in the price of every ring. Orders ship within 2 business days of confirmed payment, with tracking sent the day they ship. Local pickup or drop-off in Utah Valley can be arranged at no cost. We do not currently ship internationally.
Exchanges & Returns
We do not offer resizing for these rings. Every ring comes from the finite, unused 2017 production, so sizing right the first time matters — we’ll mail you a free ring sizer before you buy. Exchanges are available within 30 days for another in-stock size of the same design. Because inventory is finite, a replacement size may not always be available. Rings returned for a sizing exchange must be unworn and undamaged. If something is wrong with your ring when it arrives — our mistake, damage in transit, or a defect — we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, no friction.
Materials, Honestly
Each ring is unused original inventory from our 2017 Guadalajara production, individually stored and inspected before sale. Crafted in Guadalajara from a cobalt–chromium–molybdenum jeweler’s alloy, a metal family known for wear and corrosion resistance. Independent XRF readings from two rings in the 2017 batch identified cobalt, chromium, and molybdenum as the primary metals. Not sterling silver or a precious-metal product. Contains nickel; customers with known metal sensitivities should take note.
Privacy
We collect only what an order requires: your name, contact details, and shipping address. Order requests are delivered to us by a form service and kept in our email. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we won’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for. To have your information deleted, email us and we’ll confirm when it’s done.
Terms
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is collected where required. Inventory is finite and listed sizes reflect physical stock; in the rare case two requests arrive for the same last ring, the earlier confirmed payment receives it and the other is refunded immediately with our apology. These policies may be updated as the company grows; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
